Project Requirements:

Deliver the provision of CCNP+ Engineers for Cisco Onsite Support for new Cisco hardware. Engineers were to be provided in country to reduce the cost of Travelling & Expenses. Client requested that all Engineers must be English speaking and have local ISP knowledge/experience.

Scope:

Client requested the delivery of Cisco Onsite Technical Support to rack mount, apply configuration, connect and test new/replacement Cisco hardware (800, 1900 and 2900 series). Attending Network Engineer to have knowledge and experience of local ISP and liaise from a Cisco trouble-shooting perspective as required. Outsourced Engineers to be provided in country to reduce Professional Services spend, increase project efficiency, eliminate extensive T&E and to help toward reduction of carbon footprint.

Conclusion:

Our Cisco Support and Consultancy services ensured the smooth transition of hardware upgrades were provided from a project management perspective. Delivery resulted in significant budgetary savings against their Professional Services account.
