As a Microsoft systems house our clients often expect us to support their whole solution. Recently we had a nasty surprise in the middle of a weekend server migration with a Cisco ASA fail-over cluster which was doing spurious things with network traffic, we needed resolution fast. 4CornerNetworks high end Cisco Support are knowledgeable and very responsive, we had the right CISCO engineer for the job dialled into our client’s solution within an hour in unsociable hours, this was without prior notice and this is not the first time we have challenged them to achieve this.

DSP originally reached out to 4CornerNetworks in order to secure firewall and network security expertise for the deployment of customer VPN connectivity (for new business Managed Service contracts).
It was apparent from the outset that 4CornerNetworks had a structured and mature approach to Service Delivery. Kevin quickly understood and effectively prioritised our requirements and assigned the resources of a highly skilled (supported by the appropriate industry credentials) engineer to assist. The assigned resource quickly designed a scalable and well documented VPN deployment solution that enabled DSP to securely connect to new business and delivery a seamless Database Managed Service.
In February 2017, DSP moved offices from Canary Wharf to St. Pauls and sought the input 4CornerNetworks who were instrumental in all technology phases of the works.
Planning commenced in December and the production of a High-Level Design followed shortly thereafter, the plan fully considered the non-negotiable 24×7 Service Level Targets DSP offer their customers.
With the availability targets in mind, 4CornerNetworks commenced building a mirrored infrastructure at the new office, from there, all customer connectivity and services were strategically migrated to the new office with zero impact to service.
Upon completion of the move, the legacy equipment was decommissioned and works were signed off with zero impact to live service, which is an impressive feat!
The entire team at 4CornerNetworks understood the importance of the works, the risks involved and the brief that “Production is Holy” and customers must not be impacted in any way by the migration.
Communication throughout the works was incredible from all parties at 4CornerNetworks; Technical, Operational (resourcing) and Managerial. The positive reinforcement that the project had visibility of 4CornerNetworks Managing Director assured DSP that we were in safe hands.
